Social Media Management

Get chosen by the drivers already nearby.

Your accounts, your Google listing and the reviews people read before they ever pull in. The part of the business that keeps working after the store closes.

What we run

Five things, done every month.

Most independents are invisible online next to the branded sites down the road. It is one of the least expensive gaps to close.
  1. Accounts and content calendar

Your social accounts run on a calendar planned ahead, so posting does not depend on a slow afternoon.

  2. Photos and video from your store

Shot on site, not stock images of someone else's forecourt. Your products, your promotions, your team with their permission.

  3. Google Business profile

Set up, verified and kept accurate: hours, amenities, photos and categories that match what drivers search for.

  4. Reviews watched

We monitor reviews and flag anything that needs your response, with a suggested reply when it helps.

  5. Promotions and loyalty

Seasonal items, in-store offers and loyalty pushes for the store side of the business, with terms stated clearly.

Your voice, your call

You approve the direction. We do the posting.

What you can expect

  • A monthly plan you can review before it goes live
  • Anything that needs a response from you, flagged quickly
  • Accounts in your business's name
  • Honest promotions with terms stated clearly

FAQ

About social media.

Do you just advise, or actually post?

We run it. You approve the direction and anything sensitive; you do not have to think about it weekly.

Will you post fake reviews or buy followers?

No. We do not post fake reviews, offer incentives for positive ones, or buy engagement. It breaks platform rules and consumer protection law, and it is not worth the risk to your business.

What about tobacco, alcohol and lottery promotions?

Those categories carry their own advertising rules, which vary by state and platform. We check before posting and will tell you when something should not be promoted.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. Accounts are set up in your business's name, and you keep access if we stop working together.

Make the store as easy to find as it is to fill up.

Tell us about your stores. We will look at how your paperwork flows today and tell you plainly where we can help, and where we cannot.
