Our platform

The technology to understand your business.

The WRK Fuels back-office portal brings fuel, sales and closing work into one login, for one store or many. It is our software, set up for your stores and supported by our team.

Interactive tour

Explore the portal.

Choose an area to see how it is laid out. The tour uses invented demonstration data for three fictional stores; it is an illustration, not a client account.

Changes the figures in every view.

Inside the portal

Every area, in plain English.

These areas appear in the WRK Fuels portal today. What each one shows for your stores depends on your POS, equipment and configuration.
Dashboard
Current fuel inventory with tank-level indicators, and the last received fuel price for each product.
Price and reorder with the real numbers in front of you.
Live Sales Feed
A running view of sales activity at the store.
See what is happening today without waiting for an end-of-day report.
Calculators
Calculators for everyday store figures, inside the portal.
Work the numbers out where the numbers already are.
Bank Deposits
Deposits recorded and tracked.
Know when a deposit has not landed, before it becomes a mystery.
Credit Card Fees
Card processing fees in one place.
Card fees drift upward quietly. Seeing them is the first step to questioning them.
Shift and Month End
Shift-level closing work, and the tools for closing the month.
Differences are easiest to explain when they belong to one shift, and a month-end built on reconciled days finishes faster.
Lottery
Instant Audit, Instant Inventory and a lottery Summary.
Lottery runs on its own cycle and is easier to keep separate from daily cash.
Business Analytics
Views of sales and performance over time.
Spot the trend before it shows up in the month-end numbers.
Daily reports
Daily Sales, Daily Cash Summary, Department Sales and CC Net Deposit.
Each day's numbers, broken down the way you check them.
Calendar and Shift Notes
A calendar view of your days, and notes kept against each shift.
The story behind a number stays with the number.
Income, Expenses and Payroll
Reports for money coming in, money going out, and payroll.
See where the money came from and where it went.
Revenue and accountant reports
Revenue Summary, Revenue & Tender, and an Accountant Summary.
Hand your accountant a summary instead of a shoebox.
Tank Monitoring
Tank monitoring, where your tank equipment can connect.
Know a tank is running low before a customer does.
Price Book
Your product price book.
Prices kept in one place are prices you can check.
My Stores
Switch between your stores from one login.
Multi-location owners see every site without juggling accounts.

Getting data in

It starts with your POS.

Most of what the portal shows comes from your point-of-sale system, forecourt controller and tank equipment. Before you commit, we check what your setup can provide and tell you plainly which areas will have data.
  • We confirm your POS make, model and version first
  • We check one full day's totals against your POS end-of-day report
  • Credentials for integrations use accounts created for the purpose
  • If your system cannot connect, we say so and discuss alternatives

Read more in POS integration: questions to ask before you connect anything.

Two separate systems

This website is not the portal.

The WRK Fuels website you are reading is a public marketing site. It never stores or displays client store data. Client data lives only in the back-office portal, a separate, secured system that requires a client login.

WRK Fuels configures the portal for each client’s stores, handles onboarding, and supports clients on it.

See the portal with your own stores in mind.

Book a walkthrough and we will check what your POS can connect before you decide anything.
