Accessibility statement

A website everyone can use.

Owners, managers and staff who rely on screen readers, keyboards, magnification, captions or reduced motion should be able to learn about WRK Fuels and reach us without help.

Our commitment

WRK Fuels is committed to making wrkfuels.com accessible to people with disabilities. We design and build the site toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is built into the site’s HTML, styles and scripts. We do not rely on an overlay or widget.

What we have done

  • Native HTML landmarks, a logical heading structure on every page, and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Full keyboard operation, with a clearly visible focus indicator. Menus close with Escape and return focus to where you were.
  • Forms with visible labels, required fields marked in text, error messages tied to each field, and an error summary you can navigate.
  • Text and interface colors checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
  • Charts and product illustrations accompanied by text descriptions or data tables.
  • Animation that respects your device’s reduced-motion setting. Nothing flashes, and no audio or video plays automatically.
  • Layouts that reflow at narrow widths and up to 400 percent zoom without horizontal scrolling of page text.
  • Automated accessibility checks, using axe-core, that run against every page before changes are released.

How we test

We combine automated testing with manual checks of real tasks, such as finding a service and completing the consultation form using only a keyboard. Automated tools cannot find every barrier, and manual testing with every combination of browser and assistive technology is ongoing. We record which combinations have been tested in our internal accessibility report and update this statement as testing expands.

Known limitations

  • Third-party content. The Stripe checkout button is provided by Stripe, and the client portal is a separate application from this website. This statement covers wrkfuels.com; we cannot fully control the accessibility of Stripe’s checkout. If you have trouble with either, contact us and we will help you directly.
  • Press articles are hosted by their publishers, and their accessibility is outside our control.

This statement does not claim that the site is fully conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA or certified by any third party. If you find something that does not work for you, we want to know.

Report a barrier

Tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology or browser you use, if you are comfortable sharing it.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to tell you what we will do about them. Where we cannot fix something quickly, we will provide the information or service you need another way.
