WRK Fuels opens its back-office software to independent operators
The back-office portal used for our clients' stores is now available on its own as a monthly subscription, with or without our team doing the work.

We started using a dedicated back-office portal because the stations our partners own and operate needed one. Reconciliation was happening in spreadsheets, invoices lived in a drawer, and nobody could answer a simple question about last month without an afternoon of digging.
Owners outside that circle kept asking whether they could use just the software. As of today they can.
What the subscription covers
Access to the WRK Fuels back-office portal, set up for your stores. The portal brings fuel inventory and tank levels, last received fuel price, sales reporting, bank deposits, credit card fees, and shift and month-end work into one login, for one store or several.

What it does not cover
The subscription is software. Having our team do the reconciliation, invoices and reporting in it is a separate service, as are consulting and social media, each quoted after we understand your situation. We are saying this plainly because the distinction matters, and blurring it would set the wrong expectation.
