Do you manage convenience stores without gas pumps?
Yes. We work with standalone convenience stores as well as gas stations. We tailor the scope to your staffing, inventory, vendors, and back-office needs.
Do I lose control of my station?
No. You stay the owner. Your bank accounts stay in your name and under your control, you approve pricing strategy, and you set the spending limits we work inside. You can show up unannounced any day you like. It is your station.
Is software the same as full store management?
No. The $200 monthly plan is a software subscription. Employee management, on-site operations, and consulting are separate services. Contact us to discuss the support you need.
What happens to my current employees?
We meet every one of them individually in the first two weeks. Good employees usually stay, and most get better once schedules and expectations are written down instead of assumed. If somebody is not working out, we document it and handle it properly, and you will know about it.
Do I have to hand over everything?
No. Plenty of owners keep the parts they like. Some keep the banking, some keep vendor relationships they have had for twenty years, some keep ordering because they enjoy it. We build the arrangement around what you actually want off your plate.
What does it cost?
Backstore management software is $200 USD per month. Hands-on management and consulting are quoted separately based on your locations, operations, and the services you need.
What if it does not work out?
Your signed agreement sets out the term, notice requirements, and handover process. We review those details with you before you start.
How fast will I see a difference?
You will see the reporting immediately. Operations usually settle within sixty to ninety days. The financial side depends on what is actually wrong. Compliance and staffing move fast. A bad supply contract can only be fixed at renewal. Anybody who promises you a number by a certain month is guessing.
Will you tell me things I do not want to hear?
Yes. That is most of what you are paying for. If somebody is stealing, or the reason the store underperforms is a decision you made, you will hear it plainly.
Do you work with more than one station?
Yes. Multi site owners often get the most out of this, because every location runs on the same standards and reporting, so you can finally compare them to each other.
